HOW TO ORDER FROM SPY-CCTVSHOP.IE

Spy-cctvshop.ie operate a fully secure online website. We do not have a retail shop which allows us to keep overheads and prices low. Placing an order online is very easy and most importantly secure.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

All credit / debit card transactions on spy-cctvshop.ie are fully secure. We deploy the latest in encryption
technology to ensure your card details are safe.

Spy-cctvshop.ie do not store your credit card details.

Any transactions with spy-cctvshop.ie will appear on your credit card bill as " The Online Trading Company"

"http" at the front of the www.spy-cctvshop.ie in your browser address window. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

When placing your first order on spy-cctvshop.ie you will be asked to create an account. This will NOT make the checkout process any longer but will in fact reduce the time taken to place orders in the future. All account details
are fully secure. You will also be given an option to sign up for our e-mail newsletter which includes discounts and
special offers.

GUARANTEE

The bottom line is, we want you to be happy with the products you purchase from spy-cctvshop.ie. That is why we operate a 14 day money back guarantee or replacement policy.

If for any reason you are not not happy with the products you receive you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Simply send us an e-mail using your order number and the word "Return" in the subject box and tell us why you want to return the product. Please include your telephone number as well so we can confirm any details if required. We will then send a returns authorisation code. Only goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase with an authorisation code will be accepted.

For none faulty goods returned to us (within 14 days) we will deduct an administration charge of €10, this is to cover administration, repackaging , re-stocking, and re-testing costs.

Goods returned to spy-cctvshop.ie within 14 days of purchase and with a valid returns code will be replaced or a refund issued as long as the  goods are in the original packaging and are in the same condition as when they were despatched.

We strongly advise that products are tested before installation as the warranty will be invalidated if the goods are scratched /  broken / damaged in any way or if product seal(s) have been removed.

We recommend that any returns are sent by registered post as spy-cctvshop.ie are not liable for returns that are lost on the way. The cost of  returning goods to spy-cctvshop.ie is the responsibility of the customer.
